Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) 2026 & Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) 2026

Requirements LEAP

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major
• Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 2 years of work experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Willingness to be placed in and relocated to various locations across Indonesia
• Strong leadership, analytical, and high-Initiative skills
• Excellent communication skills in english and proficiency in mandarin is big plus

Requirements SCDP

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Related background.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Excellent communication skills in english and proficiency in mandarin is big plus
• Ready and available for deployment across Indonesia

Job Descriptions SCDP

1. Trainee Program:

• Participate in a structured rotational program across multiple departments within the supply chain.
• Following training, workshops, mentoring and coaching sessions to enhance supply chain knowledge and skills.
• Participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to track progress and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization

2. Daily Operation Support & Collaboration:

• Running daily operations and actively contribute to departmental projects.
• Collaborate with department heads and team members to gain insights into department-specific processes.
• Work closely with various departments to understand and their interdependencies, functions
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to gain a comprehensive view of the business8.

3. Data Analysis & Process Improvement:

• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

4. Project Management & Monitoring:

• Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Evaluate and communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.
