GoTo Logistics merupakan bagian dari ekosistem GoTo Group, grup teknologi Indonesia yang menaungi berbagai layanan digital dan bisnis terkait mobilitas, pengiriman, e-commerce, serta layanan keuangan.Secara sederhana, bisnis logistiknya bertujuan membantu proses:penyimpanan barang → pengelolaan persediaan → pemrosesan pesanan → pengiriman → penerimaan pelanggan. Jadi, pekerjaannya tidak hanya mengantarkan paket. Di belakang proses tersebut terdapat aktivitas warehouse, inventory, transportation, fulfillment, customer service, data, administrasi, dan operasional.

GoTo Group merupakan ekosistem teknologi yang terbentuk dari penggabungan Gojek dan Tokopedia. Di dalam ekosistem tersebut terdapat berbagai aktivitas seperti: transportasi dan mobilitas, food delivery, parcel/logistics delivery, e-commerce, financial technology, layanan merchant, digital services.

Pekerjaan logistik biasanya memiliki karakter yang berbeda dengan pekerjaan administrasi kantor biasa. Untuk posisi operasional, kamu mungkin akan menghadapi:pekerjaan dengan target harian volume pekerjaan tinggi, deadline, aktivitas warehouse, koordinasi dengan banyak pihak, pekerjaan shift pada posisi tertentu.

Partner with Operations, Product, and Data teams to support initiatives that deliver sustainable results.

OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Contribute to route planning, tracking visibility, and process optimization projects

PRODUCTIVITY & COST

Identify and support opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

STANDARDIZATION & OWNERSHIP

Document SOPs and best practices to strengthen consistency, scalability, and ownership of deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Qualifications
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Logistics, analytics, consumer products, or business operations.
• Clear, effective communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Internships, projects, case competitions, consulting, technology, or business operations.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, dashboards, analytics tools, or structured research to solve business problems.
• Leadership through student organizations, entrepreneurial projects, competitions, or community initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and work effectively ina cross-functional and multicultural environment
