Genting Oil Kasuri adalah perusahaan migas yang merupakan anak usaha dari Genting Group, grup besar asal Malaysia yang bergerak di berbagai sektor seperti energi, perkebunan, properti, hingga resort dan kasino. Perusahaan ini fokus pada: Eksplorasi gas alam, Produksi migas, Pengembangan LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), Infrastruktur energi di Papua Barat. Proyek Utama: Lapangan AKM – Proyek terbesar perusahaan adalah pengembangan: Asap, Kido, Merah, atau dikenal sebagai: AKM Fields – Cadangan gasnya diperkirakan sekitar:1,7 triliun kaki kubik gas (TCF).

Produksi dan Target Operasi – Genting Oil menargetkan: Produksi gas mulai sekitar 2027, Produksi hingga sekitar 300 MMSCFD (Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day). Gas tersebut direncanakan untuk: Pabrik amonia dan urea, Floating LNG (FLNG), Pasokan industri domestik dan ekspor.

Proyek Floating LNG (FLNG) – Salah satu proyek besar GOKPL adalah pembangunan: Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG), Nilai proyeknya mencapai: Sekitar USD 963 juta. FLNG adalah fasilitas LNG terapung di laut yang berfungsi: Memproses gas alam langsung di offshore, Mendinginkan gas menjadi LNG, Memudahkan ekspor tanpa harus membangun kilang besar di darat.

Construction

(Lifting, Rigging, Methode & Scaffolding)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the lifting, rigging & scaffolding, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise Contractor’s activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project.
• Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include LOP and Scaffolding Drawing.
• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Developing an understanding of the overall plant to enable the assessment of impacts on the overall plant.
• Responsible for ensuring the execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with the Company’s Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with minimum of 5-10 years of lifting, rigging and scaffolding, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record of supervising lifting, rigging and scaffolding teams, with a thorough understanding of the process from preparation to final inspection.
• Competent as a trainer for socialization and conducting internal refresh training.
• Holding certificates for Working at Height and Scaffolding Inspector from the Department of Manpower.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate teamwork and other construction personnel, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site, with experience in implementing safety measures on a piping construction site.
• Experience working with large-scale EPCI contractors.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be technically strong.
