Social Media & Content Specialist

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Excellent skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiar with major platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

TikTok Key Account Management

Requirements

• Around 2 years experience in handling E-commerce especially Tiktok.
• Experienced in marketplace marketing strategic plan.
• Have the skills and knowledge to grow the brands especially the strategic thinking.

• A good team player with positive and profesional attitudes.

E-Commerce KAM

Requirements

• Experienced in the e-commerce industry/retail industry.
• Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving e-commerce industry.
• Posses excellent numerical and communication skills.
• Strong in analytical skills and have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Product Development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist or Science Field from a reputable university.
• Hands-on experience in the beauty industry.
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance ingredients, also is a beauty enthusiast.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams.

Trueve Content Creator

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Content Specialist, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and content best practices.
• Experienced in producing both organic content and UGC-style content for marketing purposes.
• Proficient in basic content editing tools such as CapCut and other relevant content creation software.
• Willing to be working from Greenlake City, Tangerang.

Live Host

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or On-Camera Talent, preferably in men’s grooming, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Passionate about social media, digital trends, and engaging online audiences.
• Comfortable hosting multiple live streaming sessions and interacting confidently in front of the camera.
• Flexible to work on a shift schedule, including weekends or public holidays based on business needs.

Live Streaming Operator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming operations, preferably within the e-commerce or live commerce industry.
• Hands-on experience operating OBS Studio or similar live streaming software.
• Familiar with TikTok Live and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including Seller Center operations.
• Strong understanding of live streaming workflows, audio-visual setup, and troubleshooting.

Area Sales Supervisor (Sumatra)

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, preferably as an Area Sales Supervisor or similar role handling General Trade (GT) channels.
• Proven experience managing regional sales areas, preferably within the Sumatra region.
• Strong understanding of GT distribution systems, including distributor management, sales coverage, and outlet execution.
• Hands-on experience in controlling Accounts Receivable (AR), Sales In (SI), Sales Out (SO), stock management, and area distribution flow.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams, including Area Coordinators or field sales teams.

Junior Art Director

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and digital creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Figma are a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Al-powered creative tools is a plus.

Social Media & Content Lead

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of consumer behavior, content marketing, and digital sales performance.
• Experienced in mentoring content teams while maintaining high creative standards and execution quality.

Jr. Brand Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing/Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing.

Requirements
