EMERGENCY RESPONSE FIREMAN

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Ensure all fire protection, fire fighting facility, fire prevention program and optimally functioned at releable to support plant operation safely.
• Inspection or testing of fire fighting equipment
• Maintain for Command Car/Operational Vehicle for emergency service and rescue kits
• Assist the Fire Truck Driver to deliver training for practical of fire fighting to employees
• Participate on Emergency Drill or Dry Run
• Preventive and Currative Maintenance (minor repair for: hosebox, fire extinguiser box, fire hose)
• Perform for fire fighting response in case occurs, oil spill response in case occurs
• Provide a daily report for result of inspection and testing activity

PORT FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Shall act as the Company’s focal point for the development and implementation of the Port Facility Security Management System in coordination with the appointed Recognized Security Organization (RSO).
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA).
• Review and validate PFSA findings, security risks, and recommended mitigation measuresproposed by the RSO.
• Coordinate the development, review, and finalization of the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP).
• Ensure PFSP is practical, operationally effective, and aligned with terminal operations.
• Coordinate security gap assessments during engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness phases.
• Monitor RSO project progress, deliverables, schedules, and quality of work.
• Review technical reports, drawings, and recommendations submitted by the RSO.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings involving Marine Operations, Security, HSE, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams during PFSA/PFSP development.
• Ensure all security measures recommended by the RSO are technically feasible and incorporated into facility design and operational procedures.
• Coordinate implementation of corrective actions arising from PFSA recommendations.
• Support budget preparation for ISPS implementation, including security infrastructure, systems,equipment, training, and manpower.
• Coordinate pre-verification activities prior to regulatory inspections.
• Facilitate verification by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and other competent authorities for Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility (SoCPF)
• Coordinate closure of findings raised during verification and certification processes.
• Maintain communication with the RSO throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely completion of all contractual deliverables.

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR (SAMANGRAYA)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Check lorry when process weighing and prepare connect hose, to loading/unloading process smoothness.
• Check hose, pressure, temperature and note level meter when loading activity is ongoing, to ensure hose, pressure, and temperature condition run smooth.
• Operate nitrogen purge for new iso tank to ensure nitrogen purge result is on spec
• Follow up document distribution after loading and unloading finish, for smoothness of administration process.
• Check lorry checklist before and during activities, to ensure lorry is a good condition for safe and secure of lorry and loading/unloading facility itself.
• Operate valve, hoses, loading arm maintenance, to ensure condition of valve, hoses, Loading arm to be well functioned.
• Arrange housekeeping activity, to create environment convenience.
• Prepare DCR/OPDR report, near miss, etc, to give information to superior.

• Check equipment condition at site to provide accurate and valid information Prepare parts to site, supporting equipment or facility on site before work execution to ensure work execution effective
• Perform good comunication with related section/dept same level to support working exectution Perform Hands on mechanical work in Ethylene Plant to bring equpment back ready to service as follow direction or precedure
• Arrange manpower (contractors) at job location to execute the job safely and achieve daily target completion
• Control progress and quality based on direction, procedure and quality sheet
