Cahaya Jakarta Group adalah kelompok usaha (group company) di Indonesia yang bergerak di beberapa bidang, teberbeda Distribusi & perdagangan (trading), Logistik & supply chain, Manufaktur ringan (tergantung anak perusahaan), Jasa pendukung industri. Perusahaan ini bukan satu entitas tunggal, melainkan kumpulan beberapa PT (anak usaha) dengan fokus bisnis berbeda.

Distribusi & Trading – Ini biasanya jadi core bisnis: Distribusi barang kebutuhan industri atau consumer goods, Supply ke pabrik, retail, atau proyek, Pengadaan barang (procurement). Logistik & Supply Chain – Pengiriman barang (domestik), Manajemen gudang (warehouse), Distribusi antar kota.  Manufaktur / Produksi (terbatas) – Beberapa unit usaha dalam group bisa: Produksi barang skala kecil–menengah, Perakitan (assembly). Jasa Pendukung – Outsourcing tenaga kerja, Administrasi bisnis, Support operasional perusahaan lain.

Karena group, sistem kerja tergantung unitnya, tapi umumnya: Divisi: Admin & Finance, Sales / Marketing, Warehouse & Logistik, HR & General Affairs, Operational staff. Pola kerja: Senin–Jumat (kantor), Shift (untuk gudang/logistik). Kelebihan Cocok untuk fresh graduate- Banyak posisi operasional (peluang masuk lebih besar), Pengalaman di distribusi & logistik. LOGISTIC FIELD HEAD

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse /Logistics operations
• Experience in leading operational teams
• Strong understanding of SCM, Inventory, Dispatch, and PPIC systems
• KPI-driven mindset and operational excellence orientation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in handling ISO, Quality & Safety compliance
• Willing to placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang

PPIC & LOGISTIC STAFF

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum education: School/Vocational School, Diploma is preferred.
• Good understanding of incoming raw material processes and warehouse flow for both Raw Materials and Finish Goods.
• Able to operate measuring tools accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (ERP system knowledge is a plus).
• Knowledge of 5S (5R) and HSE principles.
• Strong communication skills, responsible, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Willing to be placed at PT Cahaya Jakarta Packaging Cikarang Jababeka 2,

PPIC STAFF

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC role or a similar position.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Able to create and analyze production planning and scheduling.
• Strong communication skills; proactive and highly motivated.
• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Willing to be placed at PT Theia Digilab Indonesia – Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang.
