Batam Aero Teknik (BAT) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perawatan dan pemeliharaan pesawat udara (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul/MRO). Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Lion Air Group dan beroperasi di kawasan Bandara Hang Nadim, Batam. Bidang usaha: MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) pesawat. BAT dibangun untuk mendukung kebutuhan perawatan armada Lion Air Group sekaligus melayani maskapai lain.

Bidang Layanan Line Maintenance Perawatan rutin harian pesawat sebelum dan sesudah penerbangan. Base Maintenance Perawatan besar berkala seperti:
C-check Structural inspection, Overhaul komponen.
Component & Engineering Services, Perbaikan komponen pesawat, Engineering support, Troubleshooting teknis.

Jenis Pesawat yang Ditangani Umumnya melayani pesawat: Boeing 737 series, Airbus A320 family (karena sesuai dengan armada Lion Air Group). Fasilitas
BAT memiliki: Hangar besar berkapasitas beberapa pesawat sekaligus, Workshop komponen , peralatan inspeksi modern, Sistem keselamatan dan standar penerbangan internasional, Lokasi Batam strategis karena dekat dengan Singapura dan jalur penerbangan internasional.

SHOP ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance (4+ years).
  • Holding valid DGCA Basic License (Al Airframe and A4 Powerplant).
  • D3 Aviation or Sl in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical and technical skills.
  • Previous experience in technical services (Engineering will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and evaluate product engineering documents in line with manuals and customer
  2. requirements
  3. Review technical documents from authorities, manufacturers, and vendors (AD, SB, SL, etc)
  4. Coordinate with PPC and material planning teams to support maintenance activities
  5. Provide technical support to workshop and production teams during component maintenance.
  6. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with approved manuals and technical data

TOOLS ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance (4+ years).
  • Holding valid DGCA Basic License (Al Airframe and A4 Powerplant).
  • D3 Aviation or S1 in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical and technical skills.
  • Experience using AutoCAD software to produce engineering drawings
  • Previous experience in technical services (Engineering will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  1. Design engineering drawings for locally fabricated tools and equipment to support maintenance
  2. activities
  3. Prepare and manage technical documents required for tool release and certification
  4. Review and define maintenance requirements for tools and equipment (calibration, testing, servicing)
  5. Manage tool part numbers, configurations, and breakdown part tool
  6. Develop job cards for tool maintenance and repair
  7. Provide engineering technical information evaluations and for tool-related improvement.

STRUCTURE ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance (4+ years).
  • AMEL holder.
  • D3 Aviation or S1 in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical and technical skills.
  • Experience using AutoCAD software to produce engineering drawings
  • Previous experience in technical services (Engineering will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform detailed aircraft structural damage assessment and engineering analysis for complex findings
  2. Develop, evaluate, and approve repair solutions for structural discrepancies beyond SRM limits Prepare and control comprehensive engineering documents for minor and major structural repairs
  3. Provide expert technical guidance to production, maintenance, and inspection teams
  4. Evaluate and approve alternative repair methods, tools, and materials in compliance with regulations
  5. Coordinate directly with OEMs, vendors, and authorities to obtain repair data, approvals, and
  6. technical references

WORKSCOPING PLANNER

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance (4+ years).
  • D3 Aviation or Sl in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Holding valid DGCA Basic License (Al Airframe and A4 Powerplant).
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical and technical skills.
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
  • Previous experience in technical services (Engineering will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  1. Review customer work packages, including tool, material, and man-hour requirements
  2. Develop and maintain a tools and materials database based on MPD for multiple aircraft types
  3. Review and control scheduled and unscheduled maintenance workscopes.
  4. Consolidate tools and materials for each maintenance project
  5. Prepare maintenance timelines, Gantt charts, and GSS
  6. Manage additional tasks during maintenance and ensure all workscopes meet customer.

ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance (4+ years).
  • AMEL holder.
  • D3 Aviation or Sl in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, logical and technical skills.
  • Previous experience in technical services (Engineering will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate techincal documentation effective for aircraft systems, components, and issued by manufacturers and authorities. Support the continued airworthiness function.
  2. Analyze aircraft, and system component issues to identify root causes and develop effective
  3. technical solutions.
  4. Support improvement of maintenance aircraft systems.
  5. Provide engineering support for solving techincal difficulties encountered during maintenance.
