Supply & Warehouse Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage supply planning based on sales forecast and business demand
• Ensure material and product availability to support production and distribution operations
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain healthy stock balance
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth distribution process
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Control supply-related costs and improve operational efficiency
• Support ERP/system implementation and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare supply performance reports and recommendations for management

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Fluent in Chinese & English is a MUST
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or Operations, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi Factory
